All of this was true when I wrote this message (but won't be true once I post it)

In total there are 4 380 users.
In total there are 64 917 posts.

That means on avrage that each person has posted 14.8 messages.
25 people on the forum have posted
31233 messages.
That means that 0.005 people account for 48% of all posts!
When you take out the top 25 people each user has on avrage posted 7 messsages.

The bottom of the page would have said 5,830 users not 4 380 users, where did you get the 4380 users from?

Not really, Prae has 10500, if you take that out, and use the right number of users, it would be a lot lower, like 10ish

Computerforum.com might have a lot of accounts/ user but only not a lot post regularly i.e. They sign up > ask for solution to a problem > get solution then p*ss off  . I admire the people who do post regularly. Would it be unfair to delete the accounts that have been inactive for more than a year or so?

whys it a bad thing to find the answer to your problem and leave? isnt that what this forum is for.

Exactly, ist not a bad thing. Hopefully their questions are answered thoroughly enough so that they dont have to come back ;)

I clicked on "members list" then counted how many people there were on a page. Then I multiplied that by the number of pages in total (144 I think).

The people on the leaderboard who have way too much time on their hands (like me!:)).

no it wouldnt be unfair but whats the purpose, as far as i know they dont take space or harm anything.

Well just for everyones information, in the future, there will be some small prizes, mostly what I can get companies to donate, and I will donate some myself, and I really do mean small stuff. Anyhow there will be five forums in this network all together, and a number will be drawn at random between 1 and 500 which will correspond to a person on one of the forums who is on the leaderboard. In other words, only people on the leaderboard will be eligible to win. I would like to see being on the leaderboard to hold some priviledges.

Isn't it really annoying when some people post messages with less that 5 words. Its like they're trying to achieve something ;) (Rank) the easy way instead of thinking about the quality.

If everyone left after their questions were answered, who would do the answering?
