I have a old PC with a intergrated video card. However since it is intergrated it takes up my 256mb RAM to 248mb. I was wondering if I should change it to 1mb so I can more RAM but Im not sure how bad the video will suffer.
 
Well the whole reason I thought of this idea was because I want to instal WoW on the computer with the 8mb video card and I was wondering if i could play it on a 1mb intergrated.
 
Maybe you should just got for a cheap PCI card... I got mine for 20 bucks, and its not terrible for middle to low end games.

theres no way you could play wow with only 1mb of memory. I would try turning it down to 64MB-128MB.
