intermitant start up problems

Hey all hope u can help me

im having an imtermittant problem sometimes i turn my pc on and it loads prefect without any problems other times i get a blue screened error saying:-

windows has not loaded properly system has stopped to save damage to pc.......

its stays on that screen for a minute or so the restarts the pc and gives me the option to load safe mode, last good config, normal mode etc

Ive ran mem test a few times for hours on end and no faults have came back just hopin one of you lovly people could shed some light on my problem

are you sure the error file is not this NVLDDMKM? i put that into google and it comes up with a nVidia graphics cards and BSOD problems. you have a 8500 so im guessing its that issue.
