Internal card reader with several CF card readers?

Is there an Internal card reader with several CF card readers?

I use CF cards the most and would like to have several CF car readers in the unit. Most of them have several different format card reader including only one CF card reader slot.

You're generally looking at more 'professional' type of solutions if you want more than one CF interface per reader.
