i am having a problem with a laptop that has windows xp on it,
when i click on internet explorer and try to go to a website it comes up with the "red" windows symbol and says something like its an untrusted website would you like to precede anyway,
if i click yes the website will display and ask me to add it to the exceptions list, so i do, and the next time i load that same web page it will work fine,
this is happening with pretty much every website that i try to view,
i loaded firefox and it does the same thing, blocks every website with that yellow "untrusted website" popup, if i click precede it will work,
what is the fix for this?
i reset the internet explorer setting all back to default, i disabled the windows firewall, i removed all anti-virus software, still the same thing is happening
