Internet browing problems

Hye can any help me?

I have a broadband connection it connects and on my network connections it says it is connected.

when i go to browse the internet from it IE i can surf for 10mins then it stop loading up pages and logs of my msn, can anyone help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I don't get it :confused: . It seems as though your exceeding your bandwidth every time. I mean people share their broadband but one can't exceed the bandwidth that quick. It take me a while to exceed my bandwidth.
 
what do u adive i do? i have formatted my pc and it still hs the same problem. could there still be a virus in it even tho i formatted my pc
 
Why don't you ask your ISP about the problem? If you have a normal modem, why don't you try using it to connect to the internet and see if the same will happen or not. If using a modem, your internet connection remains stable, then your PC is fine and the problem is mainly with the broadband internet connection.

Also as posted, sharing the internet connection might be the cause of this problem, but what I know about bandwidth limitation is that you can't exceed a fixed download speed. I never saw bandwidth transfer limitations over broadband internet connections before, this should be weird. In my country, Egypt, all DSL connection do not have monthly or yearly bandwidth transfer limitations from the ISPs, so presumably, this is not the case with you either.

Try talking to the ISP before you judge.
