Internet Connection on Router

I have an office with 30 users. The type of business we do require an internet connection. Without the internet we can not work.
Recently I notice the internet will go down on host computers but re-powering the Router after 15 seconds would bring the internet back up on the host computers.
This would happen about 3 times daily.

However when host computers cannot access the internet the lights(green) on the Router indicates it is getting the internet connection ; WAN from ISP. Also on host computer's the network/ethernet status indicates there is an Internet connection.

We recently replaced the router a Dlink 615 with a business class CISCO RV082

This didn't solve anything

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
 
Its most likely the modem or how are you getting internet into the office? Dsl or Cable?
 
In some odd cases (like mine) the firmware, kind of like a operating system, for the router was outdated. This caused my internet to cut in and out.

As stated above by John, the modem may be going out. More probably since you tried another router.
