Hello, I'm new to this forum and sorry if this is in the wrong subforum.
A couple days ago, I was tweaking my firewall settings and ports and I couldn't connect to the internet anymore. Well, after a few tries I've succeeded into getting AIM and Opera to connect. The problem lies with everything else. In fact, Opera only lets me browse sites that are hosted by the campus (so, I can't reach google etc.).
I've done virus/spyware/adware checks and deleted a few malicious threats that were on my computer.
Your help is greatly appreciated!!
So, do you guys have any idea why I can only go to campus hosted sites and only AIM works? Like, any other programs can't access the network or even recognize that one exists. My goal is to use firefox which I love, but I downloaded Opera to see if it would work.
