Internet Dropping Out

I am trying to fix my daughter laptop which is only 2 month old,
Her internet explorer is dropping out occationally when she tries to brows. and was getting a blue screen other times.
She had a USB dongle from her ISP. She is now on my home wireless router and the same thing happens, this does not happen to my system connected at the same time. I tried changing from IE to Google but it still drops out.
It looks like its her laptop.
I have tried Windows 7 tools,
sfc /scannow = no faults found
and registry cleaner.
Has anyone any ideas? could it be hardware? its still under warranty.

What were the erros listed on the blue screen? Most likely it could be an issue with the wireless driver.
 
The blue screen was not on long enough to read it, but that has not happened for a day now, at present it is the IE dropping out
 
Just to update you. Did a factory restore from the D drive and it seems to be working OK, even though Windows 7 could not find a fault. It's a pity that Manufacturer will not look at warranty until this is done to determin if it is hardware or software, and we must start from scratch again with all set-ups etc.
