Internet Explorer 9 problem

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9. Everytime I go to a different website, a screen appears that says "Your browser has just been upgraded." How do I get rid of this screen? Thanks in advance.

I would probably just use Chrome or Firefox. They are better browsers IMO.
