Internet Explorer Closes Automatically

i was just wondering what was wrong with my internet explorer, it closes by itself about 1 minute after i open it.

i have Ad-aware and yahoo spy cleaner on my computer, i also have Norton Internet Security. I have fully scanned for viruses and spware and my compuiter is clean... it would be of great help if anyone could stear me in the right direction.

I had an identical problem not so long ago. I found this to work in my case:

You should type these into the RUN menu under the start menu:

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll

I hope that this solves it.

Another note

You may also consider reistalling the Java Runtime Environment. That could also solve your problem.

it was the first step... By the way this compouter is farly new, i built it, Asus K8v Delux Athlon 64 3200+... 1024 MB 400DDR Ram, 120 GB barricuda HDD, raedon 9800 256 MB vid card, Viper case with neons... and its liquid cooled
