Internet Explorer closes immediately

I have a problem on my laptop. It came with vista HP and I have just upgraded to Windows 7 HP. Everything works perfect except the internet. When I click the internet icon, the internet comes up and starts to load the homepage but then a message appears and says the following:



What is the problem and how can I solve it?

Change to homepage and see if that helps.

Install firefox because explorer is ugly, slower, less safe, and has less features anyways.

Installed firefox and it works ok.
