Internet Explorer Closes

Hi,

Came across a new problem this morning on a customers PC.

She has IE8. When she wants to print something from the web and clicks the print button, it prints but then closes all IE windows that are open.

It doesnt matter if she is in an email and chooses the print button or the print button at the top of IE.

Any suggestions please?

Hi Gary,

The first thing I would probably do is go into internet options advanced tab and reset IE back to defaults by pressing both the reset button and restore advanced settings. A bad addon could be causing this issue as well so maybe scan the system with malwarebytes and disable all addons to see if it can print without closing. If you want, go ahead and post the hijackthis log so we can see what is loading in the broswer.

Have you tried doing a system restore back to when it was working correctly?
