Internet Explorer error message

Does anybody know what this Internet Explorer error message means:
5.7.1 <unknown[64.6.44.2]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

I started receiving this message after my computer got infected with a Trojan. I have removed the virus but I keep getting this message every time I open IE 7.
 
Most likely you are still infected. What programs did you use to clean it? Please follow the instructions on this thread and post the requested logs.
