Internet Explorer has encountered a problem

Hello. I am deaf. Anyway, I am very hard work to search what wrong. I have three internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari are same problem like that. If I use FireFox was freeze and close then try open again and say Not reposed. other IE and Safari are show "Has Encountered a problem need to close" I need your help how resolve with this... I was very :mad::confused::(....

If you dont understand of my English keep ask me more question. ;)
 
Have you run Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programs. If not you need to, plus post a Hijackthis log here or in the Security section.
