Internet Explorer problem (new window blank)

I wasn't sure weather to post this in the internet or the software forum... But since IE comes with Windows, I'll just ask here

I'm hoping it's and easy fix, because this has NEVER happened before...

Whenever i try to click a link and 'open in new window' or if i click a link that needs to open in a new window the new window is just blank... completely... no address or anthing. Does anyone know what could be wrong??

try this utility. it resets everything in IE to what it was the very first time u installed it. all settings revert back to deafault.
