okay I have Cogeco and I live in Kingston Ontario Canada. I have checked for spyware and although I have found and removed spyware nothing helps. Every once in a while say 15min or so my internet will go down for about 10sec. I am signed off from msn cannot go on any webpages and worst of all my Downloads Stop
