Internet goes off when firewall is enabled

I have the smart security nod32, and it seems like when the firewall is enabled, my internet connection goes off and comes back when im disabeling it.

I am using win 7 64bit and i have a router. What should i do to solve it?

Look in its documentation on how to allow your network into the trusted zone of the firewall.

I checked it and my network is in the trusted zone already

Then make sure that you haven't blocked all internet traffic. If you already allowed it to be added to the trusted zone then that would be the only other possibility unless your firewall program is corrupted.

You need to make sure that port 80 is open in your Firewall (its the HTTP port)
If you use secure conections like Credit Cards or any other things (you need 443 port open in your Firewall too then because thats the door from SSL or HTTPS)
