internet history q

i have a wireless laptop connection that uses the internet from my home computer. ( i use the WIFI DS/Wii internet thing if it matters) i was wondering if internet sites visited on my laptop would show up on the main computer in some way.
i looked on the home pc and i couldnt find any direct history or cookies or anything but is there some place that history is stored from using the laptop? thx a million

If your entire desktop Hard Drive(s) is shared, then someone could go into your laptop hard drive, and find the history/cookies. But no one can access your history from your main computers internet browsers, or internet options. So, no, it would not show up in any way unless you went looking into the laptops hard drive via Network.

Yes, there is a place where your laptops internet browsing history is stored. Easiest way to find it is Click your start button>Control Panel>Network And Internet Connections>Internet Options, and click the "General Tab". There, you should see Browsing History

my dad is a network administrator for a big company and he once traced my history like this I used my laptop wirelessly and he saw it through his computer or my little usb thing that catches network signals how did he do it so I can know how to avoid him gettng on my case
