Internet In VMWare

Ok I have VMWare workstation and I installed Ubuntu Linux. I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate and I use a wireless internet connection. I want to use that connection in vmware but well, I'm confuzled. Help.
 
go to edit-->virtual network settings and go to--> host virtual adapters.
from there you can add the wireless device, or if you have already setup your OS put the networking to "NAT"
