Internet is giving me a headache

Ok Im starting to get really frustrated now.. First it was the sound issue with the skipping songs, now I think I'm having an issue with the Internet........I just cant win lately.

For some reason I cant log into Ebay, connect to Ares, most of the time I cant even connect here. I have updated all my drivers, reset my router, cleaned my cache, ran 4 different Av and adaware programs, reinstalled both browsers, you name it I have tried it...............well I think so anyways and nothing is fixing it.

Could someone give me some ideas on how to straighten this out?

What network interface are you running on?? Wired, wireless, if wired are you on-board or do you have a network card. If wireless what card do you have and have you checked its vitals (signal, noise etc...)

Wired and put in a Linksys Network card, because I hate Onboard anything. I have updated all the drives and ran default ware test all came back ok
