internet issues

Every time i download from a certain torrent site the internet is cut off yet its still downloads. this is pissing other people off in the house with computers. When the download is complete the internet is back on.. is it possible that the torrent site is responsible. How can i prevent this from happening??.

Sometimes the torrent clients have problem running simultaneously with the browser.Try turning off the torrent client and then try browsing it should work.

And also you can try using a messenger,while the client is running.
