Internet network doesn't work

I have a problem on my internet . I set correctly on internet option, but my internet still doesn't connect. I entered correct password from my router, but the red cross sign at lower right of PC still there, that indicates no connection.
I also check IP address automatically.

Try a different cable. Do you have the correct ethernet driver installed?

There is no cable. This is wireless computer. My first laptop works fine internet with the same router, but my second one can't connect to internet even I entered correct router password.

What operating system are you using?

Microsoft window vista Home Premium SP2.

Make sure the correct wireless driver is installed. Also make sure its the latest driver. I'm assuming this is a laptop? What is the make and model of it?
