Internet not working over network

Hello, I have a network of three pcs, mine and two others, my pc has the modem in it. A few days ago my sister deleted some files on her system and now the local area connection says it has limited or no activity when she clicks repair -she cant use the internet on her pc anymore, but the internet will work on the other pc, when i click 'repair' it says: windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action could not be completed: TCP/IP is not enabled for this connection. On her pc it says that it doesn't have an IP address or needs a new one....please please can anyone help?

i had a similar problem and i reinstalled windows xp, not completely reformatted just the other option and then it started to work again because doing system restore didnt help with the missing files so maybe you could try that

a friend of mine had a similar problem.. i reinstalled the network drivers and it worked fine... (then he did it again and i had to slap him up)
