Some time I get this window that say that windows has encontered a problem and that it needs to be close. Why is that and can I fix it? It happen about five in a row today, and that never happen that many times before.

Can you write down the exact message or even take a screenshot of the message so we can clearly see what is happening. Also, if you choose to write it down, if there are numbers and such, write those down too.

I haven't came upon your error "windows has encontered a problem and that it needs to be close" so far and it'll be great to know the exact message.
