Internet running slow

So I am downloading a game that usually on my computer connected with WIFI takes around 10 minutes to download. I'm on my brand new computer downloading it now and I'm about 4 hours in. My download speed is 25 MBPS and there's 761 MB to be downloaded. I'm using a wired connection right now. Anyone know why this is taking so long?
 
If this is downloading through a torrent, we can't help you. However, if this is downloading through a game manufacturers website, it could be that their server is busy.
