My web pages don't scroll smoothly while using the wheel on my mouse or the sidebars. I already have smooth scrolling turned on. My other computer did this when i built it new, but i cant remember how i fixed it. Any help is much appreciated.
It's a common problem that usually occurs when your video card drivers are either not installed, or not operating properly. Try reinstalling the drivers and see if that works.
