internet security

I use Antivir AV(www.free-av.com) and Windows LiveOneCare for antivirus, Ad-aware and spybot S&D for spyware. OneCare is not an impressive piece of software, but i am satisfied with the firewall in it. I would use ZoneAlarm and just disable the windows firewall, but for some reason it causes a major jam on my computer, so i just use the windows one.
