Internet site not working

Yesterday, I tried to get onto www.digitalspy.co.uk, but unfortunately, it just says it cannot be displayed. I went on the computer at work, which uses a different internet service provider (ISP), and it worked.

I am using BT, so, what could be the problem that I can't view the page?

It could be a few things... either the page was down at the time you wanted to view it... Or the ROUTE your signal was using to get to the website was blocked.
You can find out where the problem is... On the PC where you cannot connect go to the start, run, type cmd... in the command prompt type "tracert www.digitalspy.co.uk"

It will list responses back from the servers your signal travels through... Which one does it stop at?
