Internet Speed Problem

I have this weird problem with my internet speed. I have used several speed tests, and they all say I have about 4-5 Mb/s download speed. But I'm whenever I download a file using uTorrent, I only get between 20-30 KB/s. I think I have all the preferences set right, so I don't know what's wrong.

Well, just because a torrent is downloading at that speed doesn't depend on your internet speed, it depends on how fast the torrent is and the seed internet connection at the other end..... also how busy the torrent is as well.
