Internet speed problem?

So i bought ASUS laptop installed windows 10 on it and first what i did was watch a youtube video.
it was buffering so much and automaticly changing to 144p quality.
so i did a speed test on wifi and ethernet.
Wifi: Download 1.5mb/s upload 0.5mb/s
And now the best part:
Ethernet: Download 0.21mb/s Upload 0.1mb/s
and ethernet was supposed to be better than wifi?
In adapter settings wifi says 150Mb/s and Ethernet 100Mb/s
So i need help cuz this is not okay
 
What normal speed package do you have? Did you already download all of the W10 updates? Background updates can suck up a decent chunk of data if your Internet plan is pretty slow.
 
ok im checking papers.
EDIT: papers dont say anything about the speed plan...

im using a technicolor router TG580n one and the admin admin thingy doesnt work.
i searched up default technicolor default password thing it said use admin as username and SN as password but that doesnt work still...

OK i got access to Gateway page and what can i see... the plan is 100mb/s
