I downloaded a program called tcp optimizer to boost my internet speed after reading tips on a web page but one of the directions stated that I needed the connection speed in the picture below to match my download speed. How do I find out my download speed?

Also about boosting internet speed, i dont really think you can boost your internet with a program. The best way you can boost your internet speed is by cleaning your cookies and internet history.
