Eh, don't fully believe those tests, I ran that one was getting about 8 Mbps down 500 Kbps up, but I've run other tests who says its only about 3 down, they vary a lot and don't all seem to be super consistent. So unless you are noticing everything is loading slow and such don't worry about it.
 
Tests can vary. Mine get anywhere from 3Mbps up to 23Mbps on some(which is wrong). So if you think it's slow to you, then think about other options. A way to see is when you download files, then you can determine if it's too slow for you.
