internet video problem

i just got a brand new computer with windows vista. it not a big problem but is there a way to speed online videos buffering or loading? i want to be able to way videos with having to wait 10 minutes to load.

I have a 2wire 1701HG modem AT&T yahoo isp and a brand new computer with windows vista. i am using is Firefox browser. how come my friend has the same isp but older model 2wire router http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/ciu/87/e1/a562124128a0b613b9eb7010.L.jpg and windows xp? his internet is fast and video plays good and buffer fast

what are the specs of your PC???

Edit - Have you gone over you downloads limit??? Because your ISP could slow you down if you bhave gone over your limit.

Yeah, I used my 50gb limit in 19 days now I am waiting for the 1st of mayzor lol.

How much do you have to page per GB, and is your speed the same???

My ISP slows the speed down and charges $4.00 AU per GB over the 16GB limit.

Yeah ok - it could the OS that is causing it....
