Ive been running 3 computer for years now. There all wireless and are connected to my netgear router. But last night virgin media went down in my area. Soon as it was back up and running my brother got it back, but for some reason i couldn't connect my laptop to the internet and neither could my mom. It said it was connect to the router but i couldn't pull web pagesand there was no little globe in the bottom right corner thing.
But this morning my mom got internet but now my brother cant. I also have a xbox 360 wired to the router and that also cant connect to the internet. ?
im sure its virgins fault because it was fine until it went down. I phoned virgin up but all they did was speak Bulls**t to me.
If you can help i would be so gratefull, i will try and supply as much information as possible.
