Inverted desktop - Windows 2000 Professional

I have a question that might seem to be silly. Anyway, today, when I turned on my PC, I saw the desktop has been inverted bottom up. And the text boxes are getting characters from left to right. How to solve this problem, any idea?
 
lol, stragne, sounds like a virus to me, or extremely malicous spyware. are you able to decipher text enough to run any AV scans or spyware scans etc....

by your descriptions i'm guessing you mean upside down?.... there's an option in the Nvidia graphics control panel (might be the same for ATI) that allows you to rotate the image diplayed on you monitor.... this is only intended for LCD monitors but finding this setting should solve your problem

Could be a setting in the Nvidia drivers which allows you to invert the screen like that. I know I tested it out myself. Check for that. However, it could be a joke program or as someone said, a virus/trojan.
