iPod Question

Have an iPod Nano 2G (8GB one) which i purchased in Germany. The sound is very low even though i have moved in iTunes volume up to 100% and resynced.

I read about the EU iPods having a volume cap/limiter on them and there are ways to get around this.

Can anyone tell me what i should be using to make my volume louder. I tried 2 already and they dont work, maybe i using wrong version or non EU German compatible..

PS: How crappy do the ear phones last......had my iPod since March and the rubber is wearing away and i hardly use it....and i keep all my electronics in perfect condition.

Go to the Setting accually in the IPOD under menu I think it is. There is a volume restricter, turn that right up so you can get the loudest possible from it.

If you have your music up TO loud yes the ear pieces do blow, It's happened to me and your ear pieces will start rattling and the sound quality will drop.
