IrfanView +PNG +adam7

IrfanView 3.98 is out
but the older versions used to save PNG pictures in ADAM7 for interlace as a option,
now I notice it does not.
Is there a setting you have to set somewhere to save as Adam7?
 
Sorry everyone it was GIMP that can save PNG as Adam7 interlace.

I had to reinstall windows98 a couple of months ago and lost it off my
programs list.
