IRQ problem with ONboard nic and Video card

system = 2.2 dual core amd 3 gig ram, motherboard tf7025-m2 biostar

Problem = video card (8600 gts) is on the same IRQ as the Nic (16) and apparently that's okay in win xp but every other time i restart my pc or turn it on the nic does not recognize the network and i have to restart.. Just a really annoying problem

suggestions?
 
please help...ive searched online and cant even find a fix..im guessing there is none?? this really is annoying
 
alright well i ended up just putting in a new nic card and disabling the on-board NIC which made things work properly.

Thanks anyways to anyone who looked =P
