Looks good. That's a solid build. I've got a couple of suggestions though:

Better PSU for the price:

Better GPU for the price:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500173

Better RAM for about $5 more:

Similar cooler for a bit cheaper...about the same performance:

Also, just so you know, that type of cooler isn't really true "water cooling" in terms of performance. It's about as effective as a decent air cooler.

wireless card - get something with b/g/n.

Mobo - Why do you choose 890GX chipset? Do you need onboard VGA? You won't be crossfire as you running GTX 460

Video card - keep gtx 460 1GB, the one you choosen with core speed 650MHz?? Isn't 675 is standard??

PSU - I don't think running single video card need 750W.
550W is more than enough

U guys are awesome thanks a lot:D, keep doing research and updating my list

And i have a question
How much performance difference between the two cards? Worth $30 to buy the msi?
core clock: 780 vs 710
Shader Clock: 1560 vs 1420
same Stream Processors: 336
Memory Size: 1g vs 768mb
Memory Interface: 256bit vs 192bit
