Is FOXCONN MB good?

am planning to buy new cpu, am planning to choose FOXCONN motherboard since it was the cheapest in the store, but am not sure if it is good. Processor E2200 intel. PLS HELP
 
Their cheap end mobo's are crap (ish), like ASRock, PCChips etc. The enthusiast boards from FC are awesome.

Depends what you wan't to do with your system, if its just a budget build for casual use and you don't plan to OC then it'll be fine.
