Is it bad?

Is it bad to keep on plugging case fans one into the other, coming from the same plug on the PSU (i think its called 4 molex).

I got 2 fans currently but if i had more?

Dasy Chaing them, Yeah, Well, it isn't bad, but they won't get enough power and will spin at a much slower RPM, reducing their effectivness ;)

well that i guessed. So they will be quieter :P

And if you get a gaming case like your Antec 900 or Coolermasters, and you have space for many fans how do you connect them?

Yeah, they'd be quieter, but not as good ;)

I tend to connect two fans to one 4 pin Molex connector... or if I have a DVD Burner on one, a fan after that, make sense?

Hey Kornowski, should i get an antec 900 or a Coolermaster CM 830.

Im too lazy to cut holes and stuff so should i shell out the extra R500 ($65) for the CM?

I personally would get the Antec 900, the Coolermaster CM 830 is a very nice case, but expensive... I know somebody that has the case and they say it has excellent cooling, but I don't know if it's worth the price over the Antec 900.

The Antec 900 has the PSU at the bottom and a huge 200mm fan at the top, so out of the two, if you weren't going to mod them...

I'd have to say the Antec 900 by far!

On a modern good P/S plugging more than 2 fans on a molex connector is not going to slow them down. Even a 120 fan only pulls like 1 to 1.5 watts and like .10 to .15 amps. Most good P/S have atleast 16 and up amps on each rail. Even if you plug them in different molex connectors there still pulling off the same rail. Unless you have like a old 100 watt AT P/S that only has a 10 amp. single rail and your already powering everything else but even then its not the fans fault its just a crap P/S
