So I was originally gonna do a different build but I pulled together some extra money.

Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero
CPU: I7 4770k @ 3.5GHz
GPU: EVGA 780 Superclocked
Monitor: Asus - 23.6" LED HD Monitor - On bestbuy
DVD Drive: Yes
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
OS: Windows 7
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) (1600MHz)
PSU: Thermaltake SMART M750W SP-750M Modular Power Supply -750Watt, 140mm Fan, 80 PLUS Bronze, Active PFC
Fans: 3x 120mm High RPM, 3x 200mm LED
Wireless: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 450Mbps Wireless-N Dual Band PCI Express Adapter - 450Mbps, PCI Express x1, RP-SMA, Wireless-N, 3x 2dBi Antennas
USB: Razer Naga Hex, Razer Deathstalker, Triton 720+ Headset

I wanna know if I have enough power for this beast. Its a 750w. I am a big streamer and need your opinions/knowledge!

The reason im getting this mobo is for future overclocking and 3-Way SLI

You sure? It only has 2 PCIe slots, and even then they only run at 8x. That mobo is no where near the mark for that. Also your PSU will never run 3 cards, actually it would struggle with 2. So you need to rethink i believe.

If you want to run 3 cards, then you needs something like this MSI board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130727 which is basically as good, but only $120. It will allow for 3 PCIe cards.

If you're set on 3 way sli, then id recommend this socket 2011 board for $249 and a 4820K for $324

If you actually do intend to get 3 way sli, you need the full pcie lanes and motherboard to handle it. Plus you need a better PSU, something like this at a minimum http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139039
