is it more worth it to get sli or 800 mhz memory?

ok, so i can find cheap sli mobos, and cheap 800 mhz (pc6400) mobs, but to get a mobo with both is rather expensive, around $200 and up, so unless you could recomend a fairly cheap mobo with both what would be the better option, fast memory or sli?

Do you ever intend to use SLI? As for a mobo recommendation, what's your budget?

SLI is only worth is if you play on High resolutions. and even then you have to tell for yourself. because you have to buy 2 high end cards to make SLI pay off, its quite expensive. because if you go SLI with mid-range cards.. in a long shot 1 higher end card would have been better, because the power consumption would have been less too.
I'd go with the ddr800 memory board, because if you already consider $200 much for a motherboard,. im pretty sure you dont want to spend $600 on 2 grafic's cards ( neither would I )
