I work in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. While travelling back out here my Laptop developed a problem that I could not get fixed locally. Being lost without a PC I bought a small ASUS Netbook to get me online.
It has a Windows 7 operating system in Russian. I have set the Keyboard to English and have managed to download English versions of VUZE, Skype, Facebook Etc but am stuck when the PC gives me messages in Russian.
Does anyone know if it is it possible to change the operating system Language?
