Is it possible to connect a computer from outside without static ip?

Hi all,
Is it possible to connect a paticular computer at my home wireless network from outside via internet without a static IP address in the home network?
If is possible, how? do I need additional software?

There are several different programs, some free, others not so much. I don't do VPN myself, so I can't make any recommendations.
 
Thank you. I just serch the internet and get a guide to do vpn on windows 7, so I am fine for now, I will try it and if I encounter any problems, I will come back to ask.

Hi guys,
Got the VPN to connect but can't get the remote computer to see the host computer. It said maybe the firewall block the communications. How can I fix this? anyone have information? Do I have to disable the whole windows firewall?
