Other user can easily use, read, Open file or folder but can't copy it??

In my computer there is several useful files, songs, photos etc. And other my friends use my computer.

I want other my friend easy can view pic, can play songs, and can read files .. but they cant copy my files, songs, photos to his/her pen drive, cd and other media.

Is It Possible..

if you copy then paste i would say it should not be a problem.
what error you getting?
what operating system you using?
