OK, I really need to know this. I used to use if for old Nintendo 64 games and super Nintendo a while back, and it never hurt them.

99% has to cost a lot :)

Agree with 80% and up. Use q-tips to clean it off. There won't be any leftover paper on it then.

Well I not ever putting it in. I was thinking of selling it.:( It wont even be used for maybe even a month. Will it be OK by then?

you could emerse your cpu in water and its wont harm it, just make sure it is 100% dry before powering up ;)

yep exactly... short story for you... my friend used way too much AS5 on his first build... it got all over his motherboard... he took a hose to the thing, im like WTF lol and he just let it dry and it worked fine. now i don't suggest you do that because it could in fact hurt it then, because tap water has particles in it and stuff... but my point is that you can only wreck it if you run electricity through it while its wet.

i cleaned my old 1400HMz thunderburd with normal water.. blew some heat over it to dry it,.. and it was still running ( i didnt use the pc anymore, so i wanted to know if it works :P ) so, you should be more than fine. just be sure its dry then youre good :)
