In general, write your passwords down and keep them in a locked file cabinet. I trust that more than any password manager/organizer.

The encrypted password list will of course be secure - until the day you get infected by a trojan that steals it along with your password.

I use a pencil and paper. Its pretty secure. (sorry for the sarcasm, I had to say it).
