Can you boot to safe mode? I know a few Dell machines around that era had some problems with bad power supplies and bad capacitors on the motherboard.

Unfortunetly, I don't have access the the machines I've worked on recently, but here's a pic of some capacitors.

Are any capacitors on your board swelling up? They normally should be a nice cylinder with a flat top. Or possibly have some junk that's leaked out(typically just on the top)

Thanks for advice.
It is very rear finishing to bootup. Just when I try to boot in a safe mode it freezes, so, I couldn't boot to safe made.

I will work to find the capacitors.
If I will get it, can I replace it with which one (from dead motherbord or there is brand new)?

note: before, I tried the Power supply in another machine and it seems not to work, it gives non stop sound like bees (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......).

So, Can I check Power supply Capacitors first or motherboad?

is there any coution when dealing with Power supply?

please help.

Yes, use plenty of caution when dealing with power supplies. Some of the capacitors are powerful enough to injure you, even when it is unplugged. Your best bet is to disconnect it, and then let it sit for a while before you check it.
